My approach to coaching is simple—I’ll help clarify your goals and provide insights and tools to help you navigate the mental obstacles holding you back. These obstacles often take the form of:

  • stress or anxiety that feels overpowering

  • negative, highly critical self-talk

  • scattered thoughts that sabotage your focus

  • feeling discouraged or insecure after an injury

  • perfectionism and pressure that spirals into burnout

We’ll bring your strengths into focus and root out the doubt and default habits that affect your performance. In each session, I’ll listen as you release the pressure of your mental chatter—and I’ll provide guidance and support so you can begin making new choices that lead to greater focus, confidence, and composure, both on and off the court.

It is normal to feel emotionally triggered by circumstances beyond your control. It is also normal to feel nervous and unsure in stressful situations. But elite athletes know that where the mind goes, the body follows—so understanding effective sport psychology and mindfulness techniques is critical to their performance and overall well-being.

One-on-one sessions give you the space to understand yourself better. My support provides guidance, tools, and a plan that is customized to you—so you can start feeling more confident and courageous. More focused and motivated.

It is helpful to know that mental performance coaching is not therapy. Your sessions will be focused on addressing your performance-related concerns.

Single sessions start at $200.
Sessions offered in packages & payment plans are available.

Sessions typically take place online via video chat. I have limited availability for in-person coaching sessions in the Portland, Oregon area.
